I just started a new radio talk show at BlogTalk Radio. I am excited about trying to start something new and I have always wanted to share my beliefs with others especially those who are like minded.

I have worked in online marketing for over 15 years and I have worked for a few large companies, a few midsized companies and a variety of small businesses. I really do enjoy online marketing but after a while I got burned out. I don’t like the politics, I’m not one of those pardon the expression, dog eat dog people either so sometimes it makes it difficult to get ahead in a business world where the name of the game is fame and profits.

It has also been hard to express and be myself when working everyday around such a large variety of people with more main stream points of view. Since I consider myself to be Wiccan and my beliefs are sometimes considered very “out there” working in a world surrounded by mostly narrow minded thinking has also lead to some of my burn out.

If you believe in magic and fairies and consider yourself Wiccan or Pagan or maybe even you just hold nature based beliefs in spirituality then I am sure you understand what I am talking about. Of course I also believe in spirit guides, aliens, different realms, and many paranormal things. I do however believe in a God & Goddess. I can tell you that the God & Goddess I pray to and hold scared is not the same God that is in the bible. This many time offends others whom I speak with but since I have decided I want to create this new venture and open up to sharing who I am and my beliefs then I have to be true to myself and what I say and express.

I want to express some respect for others too and I really do not like offending anyone so please if you don’t agree with me understand that for me anyway it is ok and I believe we should allow others to be and believe what they wish so long as it harms none. This is what I love about being a witch, the Wiccan Rede is beautiful.  I’ll just post this short version; Eight words the Wiccan Rede fulfill, An it harm none do what ye will.

I was raised in a strict Christian home and finally I have come to realize that my soul has always been Pagan. I am using the term Pagan because I also believe that we are reincarnated and even live on other planets in other lifetimes so Pagan is the best word I can think of at this time in this realm to sum up what my souls views are about spirituality. I came to my understanding of this or I will say I became awakened at about 32 yrs old.

I was listening to beautiful Celtic music in a quiet room with my eyes closed and all of a sudden it was like I was taken to a different place and time. I get goosebumps as I type about this because it was such a wonderful experience yet somewhat sad as well. I was taken to a fire on the edge of a forest where there where people dancing and singing around the fire and their where small round earthen and grass roof huts around. I was young and felt the warmth of the fire and felt such safety and enormous love from those around me. I knew they were my tribe or my clan. I knew I was in the area of Scotland & Ireland. This memory was so very intense that I started to cry as it faded. Not just a faint little whimper cry but a gut wrenching soulful cry because of a deep deep rooted longing for that very special feeling that came from my soul and said loudly to me “Home”!

After that experience I have never been the same. I started researching reincarnation which lead me to my very first book about magic. D.J. Conway’s book called Celtic Magic. I want to make a correction here on my blog because in my talk show I said that it was a book by Scott Cunningham. Yes I have many books by him but Celtic Magic was my very first book and wow what a book so I must give credit to this wonderful beautiful soul who wrote it D.J. Conway!

Magical Unicorn Oracle Card Deck by Doreen Virtue

This show was a tarot reading from the "Magical Unicorn Oracle Card Deck" by Doreen Virtue. These cards offer wisdom and healing guidance for our lives. The card that I drew was  Hello and good-bye  and it says:  You soon see that this change will make things better.  That is a wonderful card to draw towards the end of the year and many changes in this past year.

I talked about the meaning of drawing this card at this on the Lhilanac Enchantments BlogTalk Radio Show. I also want to be sure to say that every-time we draw a card it will almost always have a different message that's how the spirit world works.

We may get the same cards over and over for awhile but it's because they have a different message or in some cases we are being stubborn and refuse to acknowledged the message being given! Hahah I have to laugh at that because I myself have been stubborn and I probably will be again at some point. That is just how life goes and we have to sometimes "Get what where suppose to understand" in our own time.

First and foremost I have always loved Unicorn's so it was natural for me to own the Magical Unicorn Oracle Card Deck by Doreen Virtue. This deck is so very beautiful with gold trimmed edges wow and the imagery is incredible. Being a witch i understand the power of words but I also try to focus on the visual parts of the cards.

MAGICAL UNICORNS : ORACLE CARDS

If we be still and take a moment to focus on the imagery and the colors in each card along with the words and what they mean it will deeply touch our hearts so we can truly feel what the cards message is at that time. Just like when the wind blows the leaves on the tree we can see different shapes and colors, many times i see Fairies and Goddesses & Gods the same is so with our beloved cards.

If we can find the time to be still even for just a few minutes per card and meditate on each of them then I believe we'll get a more true answer to the questions we sought when we reached to the cards for assistance.
